Salary: $100K to $150K range based on experience
Requirements of the Director of Nursing:

Must have Massachusetts RN license

Must have previous experience as an Assistant Director of Nursing or Director of Nursing in long term care

Must have nursing home experience

Must have strong clinical background and knowledge

Proven Leadership & Management skills
