Key Responsibilities\n

- Interpret and implement the plan of medical care while ensuring nursing care is provided in a safe and competent manner
- Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions or side effects
- Record patients' medical information and vital signs, and maintain accurate, detailed reports and records
- Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions
- Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans
- Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions

Required Qualifications\n

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts or compact eligibility
- Ability to perform thorough patient assessments and clinical decision-making related to nursing care
- Experience providing direct patient care in a clinical setting
- Strong documentation skills with the ability to maintain accurate medical records
