Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Pavilion, your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments and developing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, including crisis plans and behavioral guidelines.

  • Documenting client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with regulatory standards, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system efficiently.

  • Implementing evidence-based screening tools as indicated by the clinical guidelines to ensure the highest standard of care.

  • Collaborating with other mental health professionals to design and implement positive behavior support plans and strategy development.
  • \n

  • Participating proactively in the licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring adherence to best practices and maintaining high-quality standards in our operations.

  • Acting as a liaison with relevant service systems and community partners, fostering partnerships that can enhance resource availability for patients.
  • \n

  • Maintaining open communication lines with all stakeholders, including clients and their families, to support the overarching mission of Pavilion within the communities we serve.

  • Engaging in professional development opportunities by attending conferences and workshops, representing Pavilion in community outreach efforts.

  • Upkeeping relationships with local and state agencies to seek out new alliances and funding opportunities.

  • Embodying the agency's mission and values in your practice while taking on additional tasks as directed by the Clinic Director.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role mainly focuses on adults and adolescents who are navigating various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and transitional difficulties. You will work closely with clients from diverse backgrounds, employing strategies that cater to individual needs, thereby fostering a supportive environment that encourages growth, resilience, and recovery. Your expertise will enable clients to achieve stability and enhance their quality of life through customized therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

Candidates must possess the following qualifications:

  • A Master's Degree in a mental health-related field.
