What You’ll Do:

Use cutting-edge tools like laser trackers, portable arms, and 3D scanners to capture and analyze precision data.
Receive hands-on training with our advanced equipment, software, and proprietary techniques.
Take ownership of independent projects tailored to your strengths and interests.
Represent ECM at customer sites across the U.S. and internationally, solving real-world challenges in real time.

What We’re Looking For:

A bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent hands-on experience.
Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working in both office and shop floor environments.
A valid driver’s license and a passion for travel.
Bonus points for experience with 3D metrology software, GD&T, and Microsoft Office.
