Join our dedicated team as a Registered Nurse (RN) and be at the forefront of coordinating exceptional patient care for adult and pediatric patients. Your expertise will provide comprehensive medical, surgical, outpatient, observation, swing bed, and pediatric care in the dynamic general Med/Surg unit. Collaborate with a talented group of professionals and lead them to meet the unique needs of our diverse patient population while utilizing the innovative Nursing Process to make critical decisions. We prioritize holistic care, ensuring that patients' age, physiological, spiritual, psychosocial, and developmental needs are met with compassion and proficiency.

- Provide comprehensive patient care within the Med/Surg unit.
- Collaborate with medical staff and nursing teams to coordinate treatments.
- Utilize the Nursing Process to assess and address patient needs.
- Ensure holistic approaches to patient care, respecting diverse backgrounds.

\n\nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n
- \n
- Minimum of three years of acute care experience.
- Current Vermont RN or multi-state RN licensure.
- BLS (American Heart Association) certification.
- ACLS certification.
- Preference for familiarity with Meditech.
