Work Environment\n
This position will be primarily remote, allowing for a balance between work-life considerations and professional responsibilities. Our therapists typically work Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evenings required based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that integrate consideration of the patients' medical conditions, enabling tailored therapeutic approaches.
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans that address both psychiatric and medical needs, ensuring an integrated care approach.
- Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices that resonate with diverse patient circumstances and backgrounds.
- Collaborate closely with medical providers to coordinate care, streamline treatment strategies, and enhance patient outcomes.
- Provide crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, helping patients navigate acute challenges effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
We primarily serve a diverse population that includes individuals experiencing co-occurring mental health and medical conditions, such as chronic pain, autoimmune disorders, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Valid and current licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Massachusetts.
- Proven ability to address the mental health needs of individuals concurrently managing medical conditions.
- Experience with integrated care models and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, fostering effective patient interactions and teamwork.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain professional boundaries and adhere to ethical standards of practice.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and applicable computer applications for documentation purposes.

Compensation and Benefits\n
