Work Environment\n

This position will be primarily remote, allowing for a balance between work-life considerations and professional responsibilities. Our therapists typically work Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evenings required based on patient needs. Patient Population / Client Focus\n

We primarily serve a diverse population that includes individuals experiencing co-occurring mental health and medical conditions, such as chronic pain, autoimmune disorders, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  • Valid and current licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Massachusetts.

  • Proven ability to address the mental health needs of individuals concurrently managing medical conditions.
  • \n

  • Experience with integrated care models and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, fostering effective patient interactions and teamwork.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
