Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse – Long-Term Care
Location: Windham, NH

Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift & Schedule: Variable Evenings | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM | 5x8s | 40 Hours/Week | Every Other Weekend & Major Holidays Required
Local Candidates Required: Yes
Traveler Candidates Required: Yes

Pay Rate
Local: $36 – $40/hour
Traveler: $38 – $42/hour

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced LPN to provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a long-term care and skilled nursing setting.

Required Qualifications

Current New Hampshire or Compact LPN License.
Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing facility.
Proficiency with PointClickCare (PCC) charting software.
Commitment to major holiday coverage during the 13-week contract.
Reliability and ability to work an Every Other Weekend rotation.

Responsibilities

Provide professional and compassionate evening nursing care to residents.
Administer medications and clinical treatments and complete routine documentation.
Maintain accurate resident medical records using PointClickCare (PCC).
Monitor resident conditions, manage clinical changes, and provide clear shift handoffs.
Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to maintain resident safety and quality care.
