Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Construction Laborer with a CDL license. This ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a keen eye for detail. This position requires heavy construction equipment knowledge, physical stamina, the ability to work in various weather conditions, and familiarity with landscaping tools and techniques.

Duties:

Running heavy landscape construction equipment (skid steers, excavators, bull dozers, etc.).
Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming and edging lawns.
Assist with tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth and enhance appearance.
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various landscaping tasks.
Operate front loaders and excavators.
Help with hardscape projects such as installing patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
Creating and repairing driveways and drainage areas.
Follow safety protocols while operating equipment and handling materials.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to the highest standards.

Requirements:

CDL license with knowledge of landscape construction equipment.
Familiarity with hand tools (e.g., shovels, rakes) and power tools (e.g.,trimmers, blowers)
Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods while maintaining a positive attitude.
Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality work in all landscaping tasks.
Willingness to learn new skills related to landscape care and maintenance techniques.
