As a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate, you will deliver exceptional customer service, drive daily sales, and maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet and assist shoppers, answer product questions, and offer tailored recommendations.
- Sales & Transactions: Process accurate cash and card payments using the point-of-sale (POS) system, and promote loyalty or promotional programs.
- Merchandising: Restock shelves, face and recover products, and keep displays visually appealing.
- Inventory Support: Receive incoming shipments, track stock levels, and report discrepancies to management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Previous retail, cash-handling, or customer-facing experience.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Availability: Flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
