Floater Teacher - Early Childhood Education
The Learning Experience - Franklin, MA
Pay: $21-$23 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday

The Learning Experience - Franklin is looking for a dependable, experienced Floater Teacher to join our team as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Infant, Toddler, and Preschool classrooms as assigned
  
  
• Maintain appropriate supervision and classroom ratios
  
  
• Assist with L.E.A.P. Curriculum activities and classroom routines
  
  
• Support meals, diapering, toileting, rest time, and transitions
  
  
• Engage children through stories, art, music, movement, and play
  
  
• Provide consistent support to Lead Teachers
  
  
• Build positive relationships with families and coworkers
  
  
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized classrooms
  
  
• Follow Massachusetts EEC requirements
  
  

Qualifications

• Massachusetts EEC Teacher certification required for assigned age groups
  
  
• Previous professional childcare or early childhood experience preferred
  
  
• Comfortable supporting multiple classrooms and age groups
  
  
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
  
  
• Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented
  
  
• Must meet EEC requirements for assigned classroom responsibilities
