EcowaveUS is looking for an experienced HVAC Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a self-sufficient technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, can manage jobs independently, and is comfortable operating their own service van. If you have strong hands-on experience with heat pumps and mini-splits and want to be part of a company focused on energy-efficient solutions, we’d love to hear from you.
- Position: HVAC Technician (Experienced)
- Location: Based in Beverly, MA
- Start Date: March 2026
- Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Pay: Based on experience
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of HVAC installation experience
- Proven ability to work independently and manage jobs from start to finish
- Comfortable driving and maintaining a company van
- Strong experience with: Mini-split and heat pump installations; Line set runs; Cover guard installations; Indoor and outdoor unit setup
- Ability to read plans, follow specs, and ensure high-quality installs
- Physically able to lift equipment and work in various weather conditions
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional when working in customers’ homes
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
