A dynamic elementary school in the Lowell, MA area is seeking an experienced and dedicated school psychologist to provide full-time, in-person support during a leave of absence. Key Qualifications:
- Active and valid license as a school psychologist (required)
- Previous experience working in elementary school settings preferred
- Proficient in conducting special education evaluations
- Strong skills in providing individual and group school counseling services

- Comfortable managing confidential information and sensitive student cases
- Ready to start as soon as possible and committed to on-site presence
Primary Responsibilities:
- Complete comprehensive special education evaluations in accordance with state and federal guidelines
- Deliver school counseling services to support academic, social, and emotional well-being
- Collaborate with teachers, intervention specialists, and administrative staff to develop and implement student support plans
- Participate in eligibility/IEP meetings and contribute professional insights
- Maintain precise and timely documentation of all assessments, counseling sessions, and interventions
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
