Job Description

Role Summary

\n

\n

The Business Systems Manager is a hands-on position that owns the company’s systems architecture and handles the selection, implementation, and ongoing administration of the business applications that run a multi-entity construction, manufacturing, and retail business. Reporting to the CFO, this role will own a multi-year roadmap to replace and connect the operational systems used across Contracting, Trucking, Maintenance, Operations, and Finance, and will serve as the primary point of contact between the business, our outsourced IT provider, and our software vendors. The ideal candidate is part project manager, part business analyst, and part systems administrator: someone who can document how work actually flows, translate that into requirements, run a disciplined implementation, and keep integrated systems and data moving reliably once they are live. Infrastructure, network, end-user hardware, and helpdesk support are provided by our outsourced IT provider; this role owns the business applications, integrations, and data architecture that run the company.
