Compensation

  • $37.35 – $57.74 per hour
  • $78,000 – $120,000 annuallyCompensation based on experience, education, and qualifications
  • Full-time permanent opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time outpatient rehabilitation position in beautiful New London, New Hampshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for an OT who enjoys working in a collaborative outpatient setting and treating a diverse caseload of orthopedic, neurological, and upper extremity conditions. You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while helping patients restore function, independence, and quality of life.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and upper extremity conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions
  • Educate patients and caregivers on treatment goals and home exercise programs
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs), aides, and students as assigned
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental programs
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and clinical standards

Qualifications:

Required

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Active New Hampshire Occupational Therapist license or eligibility to obtain
  • Current BLS Certification (American Heart Association)

Preferred

  • Previous outpatient occupational therapy experience
  • Experience treating:
  • Orthopedic injuries
  • Post-surgical rehabilitation
  • Neurological conditions
  • Upper extremity diagnoses

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday
  • 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Full-Time
  • Day Shift
  • No regular weekends

Work Setting

  • Outpatient Rehabilitation Clinic
  • Adult and Geriatric Patient Population
  • Permanent, Long-Term Position
