- $37.35 – $57.74 per hour
- $78,000 – $120,000 annuallyCompensation based on experience, education, and qualifications

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time outpatient rehabilitation position in beautiful New London, New Hampshire.
This is an excellent opportunity for an OT who enjoys working in a collaborative outpatient setting and treating a diverse caseload of orthopedic, neurological, and upper extremity conditions. You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while helping patients restore function, independence, and quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and upper extremity conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment goals and home exercise programs
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs), aides, and students as assigned
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental programs
- Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and clinical standards
Qualifications:
Required
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Active New Hampshire Occupational Therapist license or eligibility to obtain
- Current BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
Preferred
- Previous outpatient occupational therapy experience
- Experience treating:
- Orthopedic injuries
- Post-surgical rehabilitation
- Neurological conditions
- Upper extremity diagnoses
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Full-Time
- Day Shift
- No regular weekends
