We're looking for Test Technicians who are able to work either the first or second shift during the week, or the weekend shift! With preference towards those with experience working in ESD environments and testing micro-electronics.
- Shift A: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Shift B: Monday - Thursday, 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM
- Shift C: Friday - Sunday, 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Key Responsibilities
- Perform precise electrical and RF testing on systems, sub-assemblies, and circuit boards using a combination of manual and automated test equipment.
- Follow detailed Process/Work Instructions, test plans, and schematics to verify products meet all quality and performance standards.
- Operate various measuring instruments and electronic test equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters, network analyzers, signal generators) to collect accurate data.
- Document all test results meticulously in designated databases, generate clear reports, and contribute feedback to help improve test procedures and documentation.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and retesting of electronic assemblies to identify and resolve non-conformances.
- Collaborate effectively with production, quality assurance, and engineering teams to support continuous improvement initiatives, enhance throughput, and resolve technical issues.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Basic computer skills with the ability to navigate digital systems for timekeeping, accessing work instructions, and data entry.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy and focus in a fast-paced, repetitive testing environment.
- Proven ability to follow both written and verbal instructions precisely.
- Understanding of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety procedures and experience handling sensitive electronic components.
- Strong work ethic with a demonstrated reputation for punctuality, reliability, and a proactive attitude.
- A genuine desire to learn, grow, and take on new challenges within a technical role.
Preferred:
- Prior hands-on experience with electrical testing, RF testing, or micro-electronics in a production, lab, or hobbyist setting.
- Familiarity with standard electronic test equipment.
- Experience reading technical drawings, schematics, or work instructions.
- Basic soldering skills are a plus.
