- High school diploma required (no additional paraprofessional certifications or higher education needed)

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Role Responsibilities:
- Provide both individualized 1:1 support and assist in general classroom activities to enhance student learning
- Collaborate closely with teachers to follow learning plans and support classroom management
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment for all students
- Assist with student transitions and daily routines as needed throughout the school day
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
This contract role runs from September 1, 2026, through June 16, 2027, with a schedule of 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., including a 30-minute unpaid lunch.
