Job DescriptionSalary: $80,000-$100,000

AKABA welcomes a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who has strong leadership skills, takes initiative, and values working collaboratively with our team, families and providers.


We provide ABA services within the center, home and community to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders.


No minimum hours required but full time case load is available to reach annual compensation goals.


Option to start as part time and grow your case load with limited driving and a supportive team.


The Behavior Analyst (BCBA) works with the ABA therapists to implement interventions thathelp children improve their behavior at home by enhancing communication skills and teaching strategies for self-regulation. Our ABA program provides comprehensive intervention to individuals between the ages of 2-22. We offer both center-based and home-based services.

Requirements of a Behavior Analyst (BCBA):


BCBA certification and/or MA LABA
Strong analytic skills and knowledge of current trends in treatment
Proven ability to communicate effectively
Ability to work independently

Valid Driver License and reliable form of transportation


Required Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Experience:Minimum of 1 year supervising ABA Services in the home setting

Required Licensure & Education:LABA or Board Certified BCBA with a Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or any other related field

Job Pay: Starts at $75 per hour and up

Job Location: Worcester, MA Metro Area
