SYNERGY HomeCare is looking for compassionate and dependable CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs to join our team in Attleboro, MA. We’re urgently hiring caregivers who are passionate about helping others and committed to providing quality care that allows clients to remain comfortable and independent in their own homes.

Your Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living

Help with mobility, transfers, and safe positioning

Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary

Provide companionship and emotional support

Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe living space

Follow individualized care plans and daily routines
-
Communicate changes in clients’ conditions or care needs to the care team
Qualifications

Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
-
Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

Patient, compassionate, and reliable

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working independently in clients’ homes

Dependable and committed to scheduled shifts

Complete vaccination records preferred
