Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This position runs from August 26, 2026, through June 17, 2027, providing ample opportunity to make a lasting impact within an educational setting. As a key resource for multiple schools throughout the district, you’ll play an essential role in fostering student success and supporting staff with expert guidance.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid BCBA certification with experience in school-based settings
- Strong background in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Support Plans (BSPs)
- Demonstrated expertise in data collection and analysis
- Confident modeling and training skills to empower staff and support students
- Ability to manage an itinerant schedule, traveling between schools throughout the district weekly
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver behavioral consultations, working directly with students and collaborating with school staff
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations, including FBAs and crafting individualized BSPs
- Gather, document, and analyze student data to inform behavior intervention strategies
- Model evidence-based techniques, providing on-the-ground support and hands-on staff training
- Serve as a resource across multiple campuses, maintaining consistent communication and follow-through in each location
- Adapt to new environments and needs across the district, upholding best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis
