Hampden, MA - PT evenings 7 days/week & mornings on Sat/Sun/Wed; personal care, dog in home, female caregiver wanted.
May share client with other caregivers and/or take on other clients to achieve desired number of hours.
Mr. C in Hampden is looking for a female caregiver to help him in his home. This gentleman is needing a caregiver (who is okay with a dog in the home) to help him every evening 7 days per week from 6pm-9pm as well as Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday mornings from 8:30am-11:30am. His needs include:
- partial assistance bathing
- full assistance dressing
- standby assist with a hoyer lift
- emptying of his foley bag

Requirements:
- At least: either 1+ years of experience in direct care, nursing students, or newly certified
- Experience with personal care (bathing, dressing, etc.), and with hoyer lifts and foley bags
- Ability to read, write, understand, and speak English & communicate verbally with clients, families, co-workers, and administrative staff
- Reliable transportation, a current driver's license
- Two valid forms of identification
- Willing to submit to background checks
- At least 2 professional references (not friends)
- Willing to accept at least 1 shift e/o weekend
* We work with You to create a mutually acceptable work/client schedule. Work as much as 40 hours per week or as little as 4 hours per week. Flexibility is our best benefit!
