Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients, reviewing progress, stability, and future appointments while appropriately discussing discharge planning.
- Design and implement personalized, client-centered treatment plans based on thorough assessments and client feedback.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment summaries, in accordance with best practices and compliance standards.
- Perform intake assessments to identify the needs and goals of prospective clients and establish a strong foundation for therapeutic engagement.
- Facilitate individual therapy sessions while tracking weekly progress toward therapeutic goals.
- Engage in regular individual supervision to foster professional development and enhance clinical skills.
