SYNERGY HomeCare is actively hiring compassionate and trustworthy CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in West Roxbury, MA! We have urgent staffing needs and are looking for caregivers who take pride in helping clients with their daily routines while preserving their dignity, comfort, and independence at home.

Your Responsibilities

Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities

Help clients with walking, mobility, transfers, and safe positioning

Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed

Offer companionship and emotional support

Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe and comfortable home

Follow individualized care plans and daily routines

Communicate changes in clients' conditions or needs to the care team
Qualifications

Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
-
Previous home care or caregiving experience preferred

Compassionate, patient, and dependable

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working in clients' homes

Reliable and committed to scheduled shifts

Complete vaccination records preferred
