We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented SAP Project Systems FI/CO analyst to join our dynamic team.

As a Sr. Projects Systems and FI/CO Analyst, you will support current business processes and design and implement improvements. You’ll collaborate with business stakeholders to understand new requirements, provide expert guidance, and deliver SAP solutions that meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

    • Lead design and configuration of SAP Project Systems and FI/CO modules: GL, AP, AR, AA, CO.
    • Provide ongoing support and maintenance to ensure system stability and performance.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve module-related issues promptly.
    • Manage SAP projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
    • Gather and document business requirements; perform gap analysis and propose solutions.
    • Translate requirements into functional specifications for configuration and development.
    • Develop and deliver end-user training and best practice guidelines.
    • Maintain documentation including user manuals, process flows, and configuration guides.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
    • Support other SAP team members with PS and FI/CO integration expertise.

    Qualifications

    • 8+ years of SAP experience in Project Systems and FI/CO modules, with extensive knowledge of Project billing and revenue recognition.
    • Proven experience in ERP implementation, configuration, development, and support.
    • Hands-on experience with function modules, enhancements, and user exits.
    • Familiarity with BI and data warehouse tools is a plus.
    • Strong communication, collaboration, and training skills.
    • Ability to develop innovative, efficient solutions.
    • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills; team-oriented mindset.
    • Highly customer-focused with a positive attitude.
