Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – PRN
Worcester, MA
$35–$40/hour | PRN
We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a PRN opportunity in Worcester, MA. This flexible position is a great fit for a COTA who enjoys hands-on rehabilitation and helping residents strengthen the skills needed for everyday activities and greater independence.
What You'll Do
- Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, strengthening, coordination, balance, and functional tasks
- Carry out individualized treatment programs established by the supervising OT
- Observe resident progress and communicate relevant changes to the therapy team
- Reinforce adaptive techniques and strategies that promote safety and independence
- Complete accurate and timely treatment documentation
- Collaborate with rehabilitation staff and other members of the care team

Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts COTA license required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to quality, resident-centered care
- Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required
- New graduate COTAs are welcome to apply
