Key Responsibilities\n

- Regularly meet with clients to monitor progress, make adjustments to treatment plans, and provide ongoing support through individual and group therapy sessions.
- Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques, to address challenges related to mental health disorders.
- Refer clients to other specialists, such as psychiatrists or substance abuse counselors, when additional support or medication management is required.

Qualifications\n

- A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- A current and valid license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Massachusetts.
- A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling, providing individual and group therapy.
- A deep understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches appropriate for diverse populations.
- Demonstrated proficiency in crisis intervention, problem-solving, and effective communication strategies.

The competitive salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
