My Social Sports, based in Manchester, NH, is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Flag Football Referee to join our team on the Seacoast. If you’re ready to spend your Sunday mornings immersed in the game, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Flag Football Referee, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our games run smoothly and fairly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Officiating 4 flag football games every Sunday morning through early afternoon (games typically run until 1 PM).
- Enforcing rules and maintaining a safe, fun, and competitive environment for all players.
- Managing the pace of play and resolving on-field disputes with professionalism and fairness.
- Collaborating with players and staff to ensure a positive game-day experience.

- A solid understanding of flag football rules (or a willingness to learn).
