Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity invites a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide virtual support for K-8 students within a K-12 educational setting. This contract role offers flexibility with full or part-time hours and a caseload focused on grades K-8. Located in the Dorchester Center, MA area, the position is ideal for professionals seeking to contribute to student development through remote service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments to identify student needs
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to K-8 students
  • Monitor and document student progress regularly
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to enhance communication outcomes
  • Participate in professional development and engage with the Clinical Advisory Team for ongoing mentorship

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Massachusetts SLP License is required
  • Experience working with a school-aged population (preferred K-8 focus)
