Job Title: RN - Labor and Delivery
Location: Hyannis, MA
Type: Contract

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking RN - Labor and Delivery for an exciting Travel or Local job in Hyannis, MA.

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation)
• Administer and monitor responses to medications
• Document patient assessments and maintain accurate nursing records
• Develop and implement patient care plans with the healthcare team
• Monitor maternal and fetal status throughout labor and delivery
• Provide education and support to patients and families
• Supervise and guide ancillary staff in patient care activities
• Function as charge nurse when assigned
• Ensure adherence to safety, infection control, and hospital policies
• Maintain high standards of patient care and service excellence

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred)
• Active RN license in Massachusetts
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• NRP certification required
• Recent OB/L&D experience (within 2 years) required
• Strong communication skills in English
