Work Environment\n

This role is a full-time remote position, allowing therapists to provide care via our telehealth platform. Regular video and phone consultations allow you to engage with both clients and colleagues effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients' needs, preferences, and treatment goals.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups and support sessions to create a sense of community and shared healing among clients.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and fellow therapists, to ensure coordinated care for each client.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, ensuring clients receive timely care.

\n

• Educate clients on their mental health conditions, treatment options, and local resources available to them.

\n

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to legal guidelines and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular team meetings and case consultations to share insights and strategies that improve patient care.

• Stay up to date with advancements and research in mental health therapy to provide the best support possible.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population including individuals, couples, and families across various backgrounds. Our clients often present with a variety of mental health concerns, and your role will be essential in providing tailored treatments that resonate with their unique experiences. Understanding cultural competency and addressing the specific needs of each client is vital to delivering effective therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC in the state of Massachusetts.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and a range of therapeutic approaches.

• Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive assessments and develop impactful treatment plans based on clinical best practices.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy to a variety of populations.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that foster trusting relationships with clients.

• Ability to handle ethical boundaries and decision-making with sound judgment.

• Competency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for managing patient information efficiently.

• A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years’ experience working in a clinical mental health setting.
