Your Responsibilities

Help clients with personal care and activities of daily living

Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe positioning

Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance as needed

Complete light housekeeping to maintain a safe, tidy home

Follow each client's care plan and daily routines

Report changes in clients' needs or conditions to the care team
Qualifications

Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

Complete vaccination records preferred

Previous caregiving or home care experience is a plus
