Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years X-Ray experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This opportunity calls for an experienced radiologic technologist skilled in X-ray imaging, with a strong preference for candidates who have operative room (OR) and fluoroscopy experience. The position involves working weekday shifts with a rotating weekend schedule every fourth weekend, offering a structured workweek with some weekend flexibility.
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Proficiency in X-ray imaging techniques
- Mandatory experience in OR and fluoroscopy procedures
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Active state radiologic technologist license and ARRT (R) certification is preferred
- Ability to document using electronic systems
- Comfortable wearing any color scrubs as per unit dress code
Location:Situated in a well-equipped radiology unit within a prominent medical center, this role is based in Concord, NH. The facility boasts two newly installed Canon X-ray rooms and utilizes a range of advanced imaging equipment, including C-arms from Philips, Siemens, and GE, as well as portable imaging devices. The unit supports a multidisciplinary team of radiology professionals committed to delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Operating advanced radiologic equipment in OR and fluoroscopy settings
- Performing diagnostic imaging procedures with precision and adherence to safety protocols
- Maintaining accurate documentation through Allscripts system
- Collaborating with a team of five daytime staff and supporting weekend coverage with two staff members and an on-call backup
- Adhering to hospital policies, infection control standards, and safety regulations
