Registered Nurse – Med Surg Tele (Travel) in Plymouth, MA. This travel assignment begins on 10/12/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $2,528 to $2,700 per week, with no guaranteed hours. Shift: 12-hour nights (3x12). The role involves work in an inpatient Med/Surg Tele unit focusing on geriatrics with behavioral disturbances. A pass/fail onboarding process includes ECG/Telemetry and medications testing, with strict pass criteria.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to adults on a Med/Surg Tele unit, including monitoring telemetry and responding to changes in condition
- Administer prescribed medications, manage intravenous therapy, and document intake, output, and clinical observations
- Assess and revise care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team; implement physician orders and nursing protocols
- Manage behavioral disturbances and dementia-related needs with a person-centered approach; ensure safety and de-escalation as needed
- Collaborate with CNAs and other staff to maintain unit workflow and patient comfort; assist with mobility, hygiene, and daily living activities
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members; document accurately and ensure continuity of care

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts or eligible to obtain licensure
- Certifications: ACLS and BLS
- Onboarding: ECG/Telemetry and medications testing conducted during onboarding; one attempt allowed; passing score 85% required
- Experience: Med/Surg Tele or telemetry experience preferred
- Education: Nursing degree appropriate for RN licensure
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts; unit requires focused patient care and teamwork; not float assigned
