Position Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD), licensed in the state of Massachusetts, to join our team on a part-time or fullt-time basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in psychological assessment and a passion for delivering comprehensive and meaningful evaluations.



Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychoeducational consultations to determine appropriateness for testing

  • Complete intake appointments to gather relevant history and presenting concerns

  • Assign test batteries tailored to the referral questions

  • Conduct feedback appointments to review results and provide recommendations

  • Draft preliminary reports integrating collateral and test data

  • Write final reports that are clear, concise, and clinically rich

  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure timely case progression

Responsibilities

  • Conduct diagnostic intakes to clarify referral questions and select appropriate assessment tools
  • Curate test batteries (cognitive, neuropsychological, personality and achievement) based on each patients presenting issues and demographic background
  • Administer and score psychological tests adhering to standardized procedures; tests may include IQ measures, neurocognitive batteries, behavioral rating scales and personality inventories
  • Interpret results, integrate collateral information and formulate diagnostic impressions
  • Provide feedback sessions with patients and families to explain results and evidencebased recommendations
  • Compose comprehensive written reports and ensure documentation is accurate and timely
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team (consult with therapists, physicians, schools and other providers) to promote coordinated care


Qualifications

  • Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in psychology from an accredited program and active Massachusetts license (or licenseeligible).
    • Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program

    • Active, unrestricted licensure as a psychologist in Massachusetts

    • Experience in psychological assessment with children, adolescents, and/or adults

    • Experience administering and interpreting psychological and neurodevelopmental tests. Specialized training (e.g., autism spectrum assessment, ADHD/learning disorder evaluation) is a plus.
    • Strong writing and communication skills; ability to explain complex findings to clients and referral sources.
    • Comfort working independently and utilizing telehealth technology.
    • Excellent writing skills and strong attention to detail

    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid environment

    • Familiarity with commonly used assessment tools and ethical standards in psychological testing

  • Preferred:
    • Experience with psychoeducational, ADHD, and/or diagnostic clarification assessments

    • Proficiency with EMRs and telehealth platforms

    • Minimum of two years postdoctoral experience in psychological testing or therapy

    • Comfort using a broad range of psychological assessment measures

  • Fulltime (W2) positions: Salaryranges from$115,000to$145,000/year, including benefits. We aim to position our salaries above the average Massachusetts clinical psychologist range to attract highly skilled evaluators.
  • Parttime roles: Competitive hourly rate $75$100/hour depending on experience and caseload. Our rates remain competitive while including administrative support and stable referrals. Prorated benefits and continuingeducation stipends are available for those working at least 20 hours per week.
