Your Responsibilities

Provide assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care

Help clients with walking, transfers, and daily mobility

Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary

Offer companionship and emotional support

Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe and pleasant home

Follow individualized care plans and established routines

Communicate changes in clients' conditions or needs to the care team
Qualifications

Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

Previous home care or caregiving experience preferred

Compassionate, patient, and attentive

Dependable with good communication skills

Comfortable working independently in clients' homes

Able to commit to assigned schedules

Complete vaccination records preferred
