Licensed Teacher / Teacher Assistant / Director

Job DescriptionEEC Licensed Teacher:

• Must have the Mass. EEC License.
• Experience working with infants, toddlers, or preschool-age children preferred.
• Passionate about early childhood education.
• Able to create and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Teacher Assistant (TA):

• Enjoys working with young children.
• Caring, patient, dependable, and energetic.
• Previous childcare or preschool experience preferred.
• Willing to assist teachers with classroom activities, routines, and supervision.

Director:

• Experience in early childhood education and program administration.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Massachusetts EEC regulations preferred.
• Ability to support, train, and lead teachers.
• Passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and high-quality learning environment.
