Requirements
\n

- Travel experience required
- NRP certification required at submission and hire
- Respiratory Therapy program accredited by CAAHEP
- High school diploma/GED required
- Previous RT/patient care experience strongly preferred
- Must be flexible with scheduled workdays

Responsibilities
\n
- \n
- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory care to inpatient and outpatient patients of all ages
- Perform respiratory care procedures per hospital policies and physician orders
- Assess, treat, and reassess patients
- Participate in Code Team and Rapid Response Team
- Assist physicians and nursing staff with respiratory care
- Provide patient/family education
- Transport patients as needed
- Assist with staff orientation and training
- Participate in quality improvement and departmental education
- Support equipment and supply inventory
