Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology required
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Must hold ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or be in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Previous experience with pediatric and school-based populations is strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and implement evidence-based interventions
- Deliver speech and language therapy to children with diverse needs in both group and individual settings
- Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and confidential records, documenting student outcomes and communication goals
- Participate in eligibility meetings and offer consultative support to educational staff
