While you will be interfacing digitally with clients, you will also have access to administrative support, which includes billing, marketing, and client referrals, thereby allowing you to focus on providing high-quality therapeutic services without the burdens of business management.
Key Responsibilities\n

- Engage with clients in individual and group therapy sessions to set and achieve personal treatment goals tailored to their unique circumstances.
- Provide prevention-oriented and evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing a variety of methodologies suited to each client's needs.
- Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans, adapting approaches as necessary based on client progress and feedback.
- Collaborate with a network of treatment providers, including psychiatrists, social workers, and community placement agencies to ensure holistic client care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and treatment plans in compliance with organizational policies, ensuring timely submission of paperwork.
- Participate in regular staff meetings to share insights, discuss client progress, and enhance team culture.

In your role, you will work primarily with adults facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related disorders, and other mood disorders. Qualifications\n

- A fully licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), and/or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
- A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
- A minimum of one year of direct experience in a mental health counseling role or a related clinical field.
- Familiarity with community mental health resources and support services to better assist clients in their treatment journeys.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and compassionately during client interactions.
- Adept at building rapport with clients, facilitating trust, and maintaining an atmosphere of safety and openness.
