We are seeking a Toddler/Preschool Support Teacher to join our team! You will provide support for a small group of 9 children through naptime and afternoon activities to the end-of-the day.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in activities designed to promote developmental and creative growth
• Provide a nurturing and supportive relationship with the children
• Maintain a fun and safe learning environment following EEC guidelines
• Follow the schedules and assist children during physical activity, rest, and playtime
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with parents and provide daily feedback
• Assist with diapering and toilet training while promoting self-help skills
• Prepare afternoon snacks understanding dietary restrictions, following up with appropriate cleaning

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in childcare or teaching a must
• Passionate about working with children
• Ability to build rapport with children
• Positive and patient demeanor
• Ability to work as a team sharing responsibilities with co-teacher
• Show initiative, motivation and be self-directed
