Key qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist licensure with CCC
- School SLP certification
- Experience working with middle school-aged children
- Strong communication and collaborative skills
- Ability to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver evidence-based therapies
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders in middle school students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational staff to support student progress and communication goals
- Document and report on student performance and therapy outcomes in compliance with school policies
- Participate in IEP meetings to ensure coordinated care and clear goals
- Utilize direct and indirect therapy time effectively for student benefit
