Through virtual consultations, you will have the opportunity to connect with clients from the comfort of your home office, utilizing our secure, HIPAA-compliant digital platforms to conduct sessions. The outpatient office approach ensures that therapy is accessible outside of traditional office settings, while maintaining the support of a team-oriented environment through regular meetings and case reviews.
Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, focusing on personalized treatment plans that address specific client needs and goals.
- Perform comprehensive intakes and assessments to evaluate and understand clients’ emotional states and relational dynamics, leading to targeted intervention strategies.
- Document clinical notes in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with state regulations, HIPAA standards, and organizational policies to maintain accurate records.
- Engage in regular team meetings and peer supervision sessions, which provide an opportunity for ongoing professional development and adherence to high standards of care.
- Participate in outreach activities that promote mental health awareness within the community, working to diminish stigmas associated with seeking therapy services.
- Provide crisis intervention when necessary, using established evidence-based practices to effectively manage and resolve acute emotional distress and crises.

Qualifications\n

- A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
- Current and valid licensure as an LMFT in the state of Vermont.

- Demonstrated capacity to apply clinical judgment effectively, with support from team members when necessary.
- Commitment to confidentiality and strict adherence to ethical guidelines.

Compensation and Benefits\n
