Shift: Variable Shift, 8x5, 40hrs per week
\n Length: 13 weeks

Holiday coverage if required

Requirements:
\n
- \n
- 2 years CURRENT PT experience (New grads will not be considered for this need)
- Previous Rehab Experience
- Graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
- AHA BLS
- Previous travel experience strongly preferred
- CPSI EMR experience highly preferred
- Previous experience working with PTA's preferred

Other Details:

- NPI must be provided after start
- Must be flexible - Will need to work Inpatient PT as needed
- Must be able to treat all normal diagnoses seen in outpatient clinics.
