Experienced Affordable Housing and Real Estate Attorney

Job Description

An Am Law 100 law firm with a nationally recognized Affordable Housing and Real Estate Practice Group is seeking to hire an associate attorney to join the Manchester, New Hampshire office.

The candidate must have two years of experience working on commercial real estate transactions, representing buyers and sellers of commercial, retail and industrial properties in addition to landlords and tenants. Candidates must have knowledge of real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, management and financing. The salary range for this role is $145,000 to $220,000.

Qualified candidates will have solid academic credentials, excellent oral communication and writing skills, experience and comfort with a variety of technology and project management approaches.

Candidates must be licensed in New Hampshire and work on-site in Manchester, New Hampshire.
