Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Prior experience in pediatric and/or school-based SLP strongly desired
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in children
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in a school setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language concerns
- Provide individualized therapy sessions and develop evidence-based treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Complete required documentation and progress reports in a timely and organized manner
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans
- Stay current with best practices and new developments in pediatric speech-language therapy
