Key Responsibilities\n

- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy through secure telehealth sessions, utilizing interactive tools to enhance the therapeutic experience.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ family dynamics and relationship patterns, taking into consideration their histories of trauma to inform tailored treatment plans.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client or family, ensuring a collaborative approach to therapy.
- Offer immediate crisis intervention support and facilitate coordination with local crisis resources as needed, ensuring client safety and well-being.
- Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation within our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
- Educate clients and their families on effective communication strategies, boundary-setting techniques, and behavioral interventions aimed at improving daily functioning and relationship dynamics.
- Engage in regular multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss complex cases, share insights, and collaborate on comprehensive care plans.

Qualifications\n

- An active LMFT license in Vermont, approved by the Board of Behavioral Science.

Compensation and Benefits\n
