SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Foxborough, MA. We’re seeking dependable caregivers who want flexible scheduling, reliable weekly pay, and meaningful work helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

Your Role

Provide compassionate, non-medical care based on each client’s individual needs. Depending on the assignment, you may assist with:

• Personal care and activities of daily living

• Mobility, transfers, and positioning

• Companionship and emotional support

• Meal preparation and feeding assistance when needed

• Light housekeeping

• Daily routines and other non-medical needs

• Following care plans and communicating client needs or concerns

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

• Previous caregiving experience preferred

• Dependable, patient, and compassionate

• Strong communication skills

• Comfortable working independently in a client’s home
