We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our crew on active job sites. This is a hands-on, physical role that plays a critical part in keeping projects moving safely and on schedule. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute to quality construction work.
Key Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and distribute building materials, tools, and equipment across the job site
- Perform site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and clearing debris
- Mix and pour concrete, mortar, and other materials as directed
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, masons, etc.) with tasks as needed
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Erect and dismantle scaffolding, shoring, and bracing
- Maintain a clean and organized job site in compliance with safety standards
- Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety policies
- Perform other duties as assigned by the foreman or site supervisor
