Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that reflect individual needs, ensuring they align with pre-crisis and crisis management protocols.
- Provide timely documentation and reporting that meets all regulatory compliance standards, enhancing organizational transparency and accountability.
- Utilize evidence-based screening tools as recommended by our clinical team to ensure effective diagnosis and treatment.
- Facilitate the development and implementation of positive behavior support plans, working collaboratively with various teams to promote a cohesive approach to care.
- Participate actively in accreditation processes and training initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to high standards.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to ensure comprehensive support for our clients.
- Communicate effectively within the team and with external stakeholders, maintaining open channels that enhance cooperation and program effectiveness.
- Establish partnerships with local, state, federal, and private organizations to expand our reach, enhance service delivery, and secure funding opportunities.
- Engage in ongoing professional development through participation in conferences, training sessions, and committee work related to mental health initiatives.
- Uphold and promote the organization’s core mission, values, and principles through every aspect of your work.
- Attend regular supervision sessions and seek guidance from your Clinic Director on additional responsibilities that align with your skills and career goals.
