Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that reflect individual needs, ensuring they align with pre-crisis and crisis management protocols.

• Provide timely documentation and reporting that meets all regulatory compliance standards, enhancing organizational transparency and accountability.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as recommended by our clinical team to ensure effective diagnosis and treatment.

• Facilitate the development and implementation of positive behavior support plans, working collaboratively with various teams to promote a cohesive approach to care.

• Participate actively in accreditation processes and training initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to high standards.

• Serve as a liaison between clients and relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to ensure comprehensive support for our clients.

• Communicate effectively within the team and with external stakeholders, maintaining open channels that enhance cooperation and program effectiveness.

• Establish partnerships with local, state, federal, and private organizations to expand our reach, enhance service delivery, and secure funding opportunities.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through participation in conferences, training sessions, and committee work related to mental health initiatives.

• Attend regular supervision sessions and seek guidance from your Clinic Director on additional responsibilities that align with your skills and career goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required, providing a solid foundation in psychological principles and therapeutic methodologies.
