Job Title: Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (Cath Lab / EP Technologist)
Location: Hyannis, MA
Position Overview
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (Cath Lab/EP Tech) to assist physicians in diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures within the Cath Lab and Electrophysiology (EP) environment. The role involves direct participation in high-acuity cardiovascular procedures while ensuring patient safety, equipment readiness, and procedural efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist physicians during invasive cardiac and EP procedures
- Scrub, circulate, monitor, and record hemodynamic data
- Operate diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular equipment
- Ensure patient safety and comfort before, during, and after procedures
- Prepare sterile trays and maintain procedural setup and cleanup
- Administer contrast media under physician supervision
- Maintain equipment inventory and perform preventive maintenance
- Support EP and interventional programs and clinical workflows
Required Qualifications
- RCIS Certification (Required for Cath Lab/EP roles)
- Associate’s Degree in Cardiovascular Technology OR equivalent experience
- Current BLS, ACLS, and IABP certifications
- Experience in Cath Lab, EP, or interventional procedures
Preferred Qualifications
- 3–5 years of Cath Lab/EP experience (depending on role level)
- Experience with endovascular and non-vascular procedures
- Strong knowledge of cardiac rhythm interpretation and sterile technique
- Experience in high-acuity hospital settings
