Adecco Staffing is hiring an experienced Production Welder for a manufacturing facility in Peabody, MA. This is a direct-hire opportunity for a skilled welder with MIG and TIG experience.

Pay: $25–$30 per hour, based on experience

Shift: Monday–Thursday, 2:30 PM–1:00 AM

Responsibilities
-
Weld metal components and finish parts according to technical prints.
-
Perform MIG and TIG welding on light-gauge steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.

Read and follow welding and assembly prints.

Use hand and power tools, including grinders and deburring equipment.

Safely operate hoists and pallet jacks when moving materials.

Work independently and alongside other welders in a production environment.

Maintain quality standards and follow workplace safety procedures.
Requirements
-
3–5 years of prior welding experience.

Experience with both MIG and TIG welding.

Ability to read and interpret welding and assembly prints.

Familiarity with hand and power tools, including grinders and deburring equipment.

Ability to safely move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.

Ability to stand, reach, and bend frequently.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
